The patient lies down on a table to allow an expert colon hygienist to do the entire procedure of colon hydrotherapy. The nozzle of a specially designed device is gently inserted into the rectum of the patient to send a large volume of water to his/her colon. The temperature and water pressure can be controlled according to the patient’s comfort level.
